Appointments

To make an appointment, please call our office and let our receptionist know the nature of your visit so we can schedule the right amount of time necessary. Remember, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you must cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice. One week’s notice is required for all surgical appointments. Cancellation fees are charged for no-shows and short-notice cancellations. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Insurance, Fees & Payments

We are a fee-for-service provider and do not participate in any managed care plans. Payment is due at time of service. As a convenience to you, our office staff will work with you to help you collect your insurance benefits. Just bring your required forms to your office visit with your portion completed, and we’ll do the rest.
